We will walk in the footsteps of Simon de Monfort and the Raymond V Comte de Toulouse army. It is in Occitania where the fighting and the seats around the castles were the hardest. The hiking sites are numerous and I will design a hike to your measure to marry the historical evocation to the pleasure of walking.
